"With everything" in southern CT was onions, mustard and green peppers.


Here in/about Rochester, NY it's onion, mustard, relish and 'hot sauce' which is actually a sort of thin and somewhat spicy meat chili sauce (actually a pretty unique recipe to make it).

I don't remember everything that was included in 'with everything' in Raleigh, but was shocked the first time I ordered there and there was cole slaw on my hot dog. Not something I want on a dog, BUT not as bad as I figured it might be.

Meanwhile, up in New England, I'm not sure what the toppings are, but the hot dogs look like they've been dyed red and are on those miserable New England style rolls.
